SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and delivery destination. Any applicable shipping options and charges will be displayed during checkout.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is free for all orders. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free standard shipping. Any optional expedited shipping methods, if available, will be clearly displayed with their cost at checkout before purchase.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After order processing, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days for eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may vary due to the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This distinction between handling/processing time and transit time is important: Google uses both when determining delivery speed.
Carriers and Tracking
Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional freight providers. When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after receiving your shipment.
LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS
Certain large, heavy, or oversized products may require special shipping arrangements and may have different shipping costs or delivery times. Any applicable charges will be disclosed before the order is completed.
ADDRESS CHANGES AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.
If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
ProToolsDepot currently does not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped to eligible addresses within THE UNITED STATES. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed charges. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless explicitly stated during checkout.

Your tools will be delivered directly to your billing address or jobsite. Real-time delivery updates are sent via SMS or email for your convenience.
STAY UPDATED
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification containing your carrier tracking number. Real-time updates allow you to monitor your delivery progress from our warehouse to your jobsite.
